To know me is to know I love buzz words. Industry slang, corporate jargon, you name it. As much as I roll my eyes at some of it, on the inside, I’m secretly smiling.
I came across a new buzz phrase today (apologies if this is old news to anyone out there) – Surprise and Delight Marketing.
Now, I’m pretty sure this used to be called “engagement marketing” and “guerrilla marketing” before that. But, hey, in the interest of keeping things new and fresh, let’s go with it.
