It’s no secret, I’m not a Pinterest fan. If you’re not swapping recipes or planning how to best look like a princess on your wedding day, I can’t figure out the use.
Until now.
The Four Seasons hotel group has taken concierge service to a new level. And don’t call it crowdsourcing. because it’s so much more than that.
Pin.Pack.Go. “is a new trip planning service that re-imagines the way travelers share and receive travel recommendations.” (Side bar: it also finally makes Pinterest useful to anyone who isn’t a blushing bride.)
A traveler can now create a Pin.Pack.Go. board on Pinterest, mention which Four Seasons property you will be staying at and, voila!, you receive personalized recommendations and local information for your trip.
Better than just phoning the hotel and hearing about restaurants and local events, you can now see images and get direct links to all the latest and greatest.
Uh oh, does this mean I have to try and remember my password from that one time I logged into Pinterest?
