Although Education Secretary Arne Duncan has made it “clear” that “We’re moving forward on gainful employment regulations”, Education Department officials announced today that they would delay official publication of rules aimed at “gainful employment” regulations.
However, the regulations are still scheduled to be implemented “on or around July 1, 2012, as planned.”
