This is how it’s done. Oreo has been knocking it out of the park lately with its creativity and real time reaction to pop culture.

But when a brand can extend their personality to interact with an entirely different brand, that is genius.

When Kit-Kat reached out to Oreo, there were several ‘safe’ routes that Oreo could have taken. And so many companies never leave their safe zone.  But, when they do and it’s done with a sense of humor an personality, that’s when marketing greatness happens.
