As a small, start-up business, I want (and need) to provide outstanding customer service to keep customers coming back. 

But, as a small, start-up business, I don’t work the regular 9-5 hours that my clients do. Even though very few people will argue that small, virtual offices are the way of the future, they are not yet the majority.
