In an attempt to rethink their sales strategy, many QSRs (Quick Serve Restaurants) are looking to offer breakfast all day long. Or, for chains such as Denny’s or IHOP, which are already known for their breakfast foods, are starting to offer faster options for customers who are on the go.

Personally, without even seeing the research behind this strategy, I believe it is a smart move. “Breakfast for dinner” makes a lot of sense. And creating processes to speed up the time from ‘prep’ to ‘service’ is perfectly aligned with consumer trends.

And with $50B to be had, this is a strategy to be taken seriously.
